Completed consultations

As stated by the current business policy, completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

Before a session

For a consultation that has not yet occurred, cancellation or refund requests should be submitted through the published customer-support channel as early as possible. Eligibility depends on the specific booking terms and applicable law.

Custom research

For custom research and analysis, scope and refund treatment should be agreed before work begins. Work already completed may affect any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
